Bill Myers

Founder · Licensed Colorado Real Estate Broker

CO Tax Relief Now was founded by Bill Myers, a licensed Colorado real estate broker since 1979 with more than 45 years of experience helping people navigate real estate throughout the state. Over the decades, Bill has seen how confusing and stressful delinquent property taxes can be — and how often homeowners lose equity simply because no one explained their options in time.

That experience is the reason this company exists: to give Colorado homeowners honest information, real solutions, and the confidence to make the right decision for their family. Whether the best path is catching up on taxes, selling before penalties grow, a creative solution, or simply a referral to another professional, our goal is the same — to help, not to pressure.

Our organization

A little more about who we are

CO Tax Relief Now is a local company owned and operated by community members. Our mission is to provide options and resources to anyone in the area who may be behind on property taxes or at risk of losing their home in an upcoming tax sale.

We understand the process can feel unfair and confusing. Many homeowners aren't sure what steps to take or how to avoid losing everything at a tax sale. That's why local real estate professionals came together to create CO Tax Relief Now — to share information, offer resources, and provide real assistance to those who need it here in Colorado.
